Cancellation Policy

Full Refund

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the tour begins.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.

Booking Modifications

Changes or rescheduling are not accepted less than 48 hours before the start of the experience.

Time and Schedule

  • The cancellation period is calculated based on the local time in Colombia, corresponding to the location where the experience takes place.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted during our business hours: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Colombian time).

Refund Process

When the cancellation meets the above conditions, a member of our team will contact you to explain the refund procedure and estimated processing time.

Third-Party Liability

Nómadas Colombia Travel is not responsible for cancellations or modifications resulting from external factors, including—but not limited to—flight delays or cancellations, hotel cancellations, or other services contracted with third parties.
