The entire cathedral is carved from salt, coming from the largest salt rock deposit in the world. During the tour, you will discover several stations that represent the interpretation of the Christian Via Crucis. In addition, the central dome, where Eucharists are celebrated, presents an impressive artistic work of sculpture and lighting, along with natural structures characteristic of salt deposits. This set of elements will leave you breathless.
At the end of the tour of the salt mine, the charming town of Zipaquirá awaits you.
