Yes, it is possible to schedule airport pickup to begin your tour or transportation service. The return trip must be to the same location where the service began.

Our tours are not customizable and are not subject to changes once confirmed. If you would like a different experience, you can contact us before booking to review available options.

Generally, yes. However, the order of visits may vary depending on weather conditions, visitor numbers, or the opening hours of the sites. In case of changes, the guide will inform you promptly.

In Colombia, children 4 years and older or taller than 1 meter must occupy an individual seat and pay the regular rate. If the child is younger, please indicate this in the booking comments.

For transportation services and some city tours, it is possible to arrange a suitable vehicle, provided you inform us in advance. For hiking or trekking experiences, it is not recommended due to terrain conditions.

Tours operate as usual. We recommend bringing a raincoat and appropriate clothing for the activity.

For safety and organizational reasons, transfers do not include unscheduled stops or pickups at different locations unless previously arranged.
